What items do you clean?

We clean car seats, booster seats, strollers, high chairs, exersaucers, bouncers, walkers, play yards, and pack n’ plays!

How long does the cleaning process take?

We know most baby gear is needed every single day, we guarantee a 12 hour turn around. Drop off or at home pick up is between 6-8 pm and your items will be ready by 7 am the next day.

Do I need to remove the fabric from my car seat or stroller before drop-off?

No you do not, in fact we prefer you do not so that we can make sure to understand the removal process to make putting it back on that much easier!

Should I clean my items a bit first so I am not so embarrassed?

Absolutely NOT! This is a judgment free cleaning service, you are paying us to take something off of your plate, leave it as messy as it is!

Cleaning Process

What products do you use to clean and sanitize?

We only use gentle products because that is what we use at home! All are very effective and baby-friendly!

Do you disassemble the seats or clean around the harnesses only?

We completely disassemble the car seats to get into the spots that collect yummy stuff underneath the fabric (how does so much get under there!!!).

Can you remove stains or odors?

Yes absolutely, we cannot guarantee we will get every stain out completely but we can guarantee we will get as much out as we can, our reputation depends on it!

Should I clean my items a bit first so I am not so embarrassed?

Absolutely NOT! This is a judgment free cleaning service, you are paying us to take something off of your plate, leave it as messy as it is!

Drop Off & Pick Up

Where do I drop off my items?

We will text you the location on day of service!

Do I have to deliver my items myself?

We have a drop off option, which earns you a $5 discount (use the promo code DROPOFF) or we will come pick up from your home for maximum ease for you family! Please indicate your preference on the booking form!

What time should I drop off and pick up?

Drop off is at 6-8 pm and pick up is at 7 am.

How does at-home pickup and delivery work?

You leave your items on your front porch and we’ll grab them, or have them ready and we will ring your doorbell and retrieve them! The next morning we will leave them on your front porch or you can receive them through the door!

What if I forget to set my items out on time?

We will give you a call and try to make sure we can make the exchange. If you can’t get us your items then we will reschedule with you.

Pricing & Payment

Can I combine multiple items for a discount?

Yes additional car seats have a $15 discount, laid out in the booking fees.

Do you charge extra for extremely dirty items?

At this time, no! The only exception is that if an item is moldy, we may have to refuse the item.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift certificate and subscriptions have a tab located at the top of the page!

Booking & Scheduling

How far in advance should I book?

As far as you’d like! We have our hours available months in advance, booking ahead ensures you will have service when you anticipate you will need it.

Do you have memberships or subscriptions?

Not yet, but we are working on it!

What if there isn’t enough availability on the calendar?

Contact Ashley (248)721-2024 (preferably by text) and she may be able to squeeze you in. This is especially true if it is an emergent clean (i.e. your child peed in the seat and you need the car seat clean for the next day, etc.)

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, but please be courteous of ours and other people’s schedules and cancel well in advance.

Do you offer rush or same-day service?

Yes, if the availability is not on the calendar then contact Ashley directly ((248)721-2024) and she will do her best to get you in same-day!
